We are finding an increasiing level of requests from customers with hard disks which have failed and who have not backed up any of their data and often appear to have lost years of digital photographs.

In most cases we can retrieve this data from a failing harddisk but cannot guarantee this. If you wish us to attempt a data recovery then it is vital that you stop using the affected drive and contact us as soon as possible.

We can also recover data where you have accidently deleted the files (but where the hard disk is not actually faulty), in this cass please close down your system and again contact us a soon as possible, any use of the affected machine will reduce the amount of recoverable data.
